I want to rate -5 but it is not available here because of rough services of this third class company. This center is closed since many days. Help line representative told me ,i should go to karachi for one minute work to disown the jazz sim which is registered on my CNIC. What a Hale mobile service providers. Jazz is a hungry Caterpillar who knows only eat balance from accounts of customers. They will never listen or resolve your balance deduction complement. They never provided any user friendly package for customers. Jazz is since 1998 i think,but they never provided free minutes on any occasion like eid etc, although they are making fool their customers by saling minutes packages and saying free minutes package. Shame on jazz. Jazz Company is owned by a Russian business man,i think jazz customers personal data just like sms and calls are recorded and monitored by russian intelligence KGB etc. Everyone should leave jazz network and port in to any other network if they want to be secure.

Very good service center, helpful for customers. Wide space with around dozens of counters. Quickly resolving the problem of the customer. Staff is well trained and experienced and responsible for delivering the best customer service.
Spacious Place inside, and comfortable waiting area. Work processing is smooth and systematic. I had to report a lost sim card and get the new one; absolutely quick; paid 100 PKR; scanned my thumb and viola.
Office is good. Managing team is good but I bought a postpaid sim today which isn't activated by the staff still after 12 hours of purchase.
This is the main customer care centre of the largest cellular network service provider in Pakistan in terms of customer base, that is, Jazz, in Hyderabad. This is a huge place with a large number of counters. It has a large waiting area and the place is centrally air conditioned. Jazz customers can get all their cellular network related problems resolved here. My personal experience of getting a new SIM a few months back was very pleasant as the staff is well trained, helpful and very friendly.
